You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data through automated means without our permission, or interfere with the operation of the site or its security features.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to submit any form or place any order on this site.

All content on this site — including the Rush Auto Works and Rush SR names and logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, 3D models, and software — is owned by Rush Auto Works or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Prices, specifications, and availability for cars, parts, and configurator options are subject to change without notice. A quote generated by the online configurator is an estimate for your convenience — it is not a binding offer, invoice, or contract, and it does not reserve inventory or lock in pricing.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Rush Auto Works. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Where a deposit is required, the deposit terms shown at checkout apply. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Our “Drive a Rush SR” form (at rushautoworks.com/drive) lets you tell us what you’re after — renting, a test drive, attending an event, buying, or racing — and where you are located. We use that information to match you with the nearest participating Rush SR dealer and any relevant events near you.

When you submit the form, you authorize Rush Auto Works to share the details you provide (such as your name, contact information, location, and stated interests) with the matched dealer so they can follow up with you. Participating dealers are independent businesses, not Rush Auto Works. We are not responsible for the pricing, availability, scheduling, conduct, vehicles, or agreements of any dealer, and any test drive, rental, event, or sale you arrange is a matter between you and that dealer.

Submitting the form does not guarantee that a drive, rental, or event will be available, offered, or scheduled. Matching depends on dealer participation, geography, vehicle availability, and event capacity, and is provided on a best-effort basis. Any actual driving of a vehicle is subject to the matched dealer’s own terms, waivers, insurance requirements, and a valid driver’s license.

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent — for example, through the “Drive a Rush SR” form — Rush Auto Works and the local dealer we match you with may send you calls, emails, and text messages (SMS) about your request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

This site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (such as dealers, event organizers, payment processors, and analytics providers). We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rush Auto Works from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
