Kelsey is one of the three drivers with Billingsley Motorsports. Kelsey is the wife of Jared Anderson (#99) and sister of Nick Billingsley (#9). Kelsey and Nick grew up racing go-karts before eventually moving to cars as teenagers. They’ve raced everything from a Volkswagon Gulf with the Chump Car series to a Porsche GT3 Cup Car with PCA. They came across an advertisement for the RUSH cars in a magazine in 2024 and have never looked back! Kelsey and Jared were married in 2025 at which point Jared was promoted from crew to the third driver on the Billingsley Motorsports team!
